Arturia Rev PLATE-140 is a VST (Virtual Studio Technology) Instrument Audio Plugin for Windows. Arturia Rev PLATE-140 runs as a VST Plugin, an VST3 plugin and an AAX Plugin. Arturia Rev PLATE-140 plugin can be used with all major digital audio workstations (DAW) including Live, Logic, Cubase, Pro Tools and others.

Unlike what happens with hardware, you’ll load as many instances of Arturia Rev PLATE-140 vst plugin as you discover useful. Arturia Rev PLATE-140 has two other big advantages over hardware:

  • You’ll automate numerous parameters using your DAW’s automation system;
  • Your settings and current plug-in state will become recorded in your project, and you’ll devour exactly where you left off subsequent time you open it.

Brighter and more versatile than the spring reverbs and echo chambers that preceded it, this plate reverb unit became part of practically every top studio’s arsenal. It was a serious investment, costing as much as a house, and weighing more than 3 people. Now, thanks to our exclusive physical modeling technology, you can use this studio legend in your DAW, without breaking the bank, or breaking your back!

Arturia Rev Plate-140 VST plugin

Arturia Rev PLATE-140 wasn’t meant to be a particular replica of a selected plate reverb. Although this plug-in is inspired by a classic and really famous plate reverb, it’s going to be considered Arturia’s own personal take of that classic (with some added features, of course).

Nevertheless, Arturia strove to stay the simplicity of the first plate reverbs. Arturia’s aim is usually to stay things as simple as possible, allowing the user to possess fun using the tools Arturia offer.

As was common with the effect plug-ins produced by Arturia, the Graphical interface (GUI) has two panels, the most Panel and therefore the Advanced Panel. The most Panel has the controls for the “traditional” plate reverb action, also as a few of extras, and also allows you to settle on between different plate models.

But Arturia also included several more substantial features. These appear during a separate “Advanced” panel that opens below the most panel. Here you’ll find things sort of a Pre-Delay, an HP Filter, a Modulation section, and a Post Equalizer (with High and Low Shelf bands). None of those features were available on the first hardware but Arturia have included them here as we feel they’re very useful for contemporary music makers.

      Hello mcmx 👋 It’s a common error. I’m sorry you have it too. Here’s what you should do to fix it; Uninstall with Revo and remove all the files found. Then downlod the original RevPlate installer from Arturia’s website and install it.
      Then remove it once again. Remove the Arturia Download Center that comes with the original installer and manually delete the VST2/VST3 and AAX files.
