Trying to quickly find that perfect kick or snare amidst thousands of folders can feel like a soul-crushing exercise in menu-diving purgatory. There’s even included MIDI files that can trigger the randomized kits, allowing you to instantly generate full drum loops and patterns with each randomization. Talk about accelerated beat-making!
My only minor gripe is that I occasionally find the visual samples maps a bit too abstracted and “cool” in appearance to be truly intuitive at conveying the underlying sound properties. And while subjective, I also feel like the out-of-the-box organization could use some refinement to better differentiate categories like kicks, snares, and percussion. But these are extremely nit-picky criticisms.
