It builds on the original design with five distinct delay algorithms, a multimode filter, tube-style overdrive, and advanced modulation — all in a flexible plugin format suitable for mix, sound design, and performance work.

Unlike basic delay plugins, ZDV combines rich analog-inspired warmth and experimental textures with tempo-synced repeats and deep creative control. It’s equally capable of producing classic dub rhythms, lush ambient echoes, gritty lo-fi effects, and extreme feedback drones across drums, synths, vocals, guitars, and full mixes.

Zen Delay Virtual includes five stereo delay modes:
