Lemur Audio SIMON 2 [WiN]

lemur audio simon 2 | Plugin Crack

SIMON 2 is a two-channel mastering equalizer built in the tradition of the great discrete-analog mastering desks — the tools that shaped countless records because they let you move the tone of a whole mix by tiny, decisive amounts and always sound right. Every band was engineered for one purpose: to let you shape a master with total confidence and never break its cohesion. On each channel you get a high-pass and a low-pass filter, then two musical shelves — a high shelf for air and top-end weight, a low shelf for warmth and bottom — wrapped around three fully parametric bands with their own gain, Q and a stepped frequency selector, so every move recalls exactly and repeatably.

The mastering EQ, made musical — now with a new saturation engine.

After the EQ, a saturation stage with four models — Original, Class-A, Op-Amp and Tube — held at a steady drive by AGC and pushed by INPUT TRIM, adds the density and glue that separate a mastering EQ from a surgical one. And because SIMON 2 runs true stereo with a one-click Mid/Side mode and channel Link, you can treat the centre and the sides of your master independently — lift the air on the sides, control the mono bass, tuck a resonance out of the vocal — without ever disturbing the rest.

This isn’t a graphic EQ with a nice skin. This is a mastering-grade tone engine that makes big decisions sound small.

At a glance

Two Musical Shelves

A high shelf (10 kHz corner) for air and top weight, and a low shelf switchable at 50 or 100 Hz for warmth and bottom control — on each channel.

Three Parametric Bands

LOW, MID and HIGH per channel, each with its own GAIN, Q and a stepped, mastering-grade frequency grid for exact, repeatable recalls.

Four Saturation Models

Original, Class-A, Op-Amp and Tube — all driven by INPUT TRIM, all available in every Quality mode, from clean and subtle to warm and even.

HP & LP Filters

A 12 dB/oct high-pass and low-pass on every channel, ahead of the EQ — clear the rumble or tame the extreme top without touching the curve.

Mid/Side & Link

Switch the whole EQ from Left/Right to Mid/Side in one click, or Link the channels for fast, symmetrical stereo moves.

Quality: ZL· HQ · ULTRA

Pick zero-latency native processing, an internally oversampled accurate path, or maximum anti-aliasing — cleaner for a little more CPU.

What’s New

Everything that changed since SIMON — at a glance.

HP & LP filters

A high-pass (10–300 Hz) and a low-pass (3–30 kHz) on every channel, 12 dB/oct, ahead of the EQ. They follow LINK and M/S like the bands, add no latency, and switch fully out of the signal path at OFF.

New saturation engine

Four saturation models, all driven by INPUT TRIM. Original is SIMON’s first model (formerly DIGITAL), clean and subtle. Class-A behaves like a discrete class-A line stage driven hot — more top end, more depth. OpAmp stays clean even when pushed hard. Tube adds warm, almost purely even harmonics. All four work in every Quality mode, ZL included.

Skins: FULL,COMBINED and any colour

Two faceplates — FULL in one tone, or COMBINED with the shelf sections set off in grey for quicker orientation — and a HUE slider that turns either one to any colour. The colour is saved with each instance in your project.

Adjustable popup size

POPUP SIZE in the gear panel sets how big the value readout next to a knob is drawn. While you move it, every knob shows its readout at the new size, so you see the result right away.

Also new

Coming from SIMON? DIGITAL is now called Original. OP-AMP and OP-AMP LP, with their EQUAL / MODERN / VINTAGE matrix, the SAT LIMIT setting and the BLUE / BLACK / RED skins are retired — the OP-AMP sound lives on in Class-A, which also runs in ZL.
