VSVerb is a sound field reproduction technology that samples reflected sound fields and reproduces any desired reverberation. By sampling the spatial distribution of virtual sound sources that make up the reflected sound, it is possible to obtain “high-quality reverb that does not cause unwanted tonal changes to the source material.”

VSVerb is a technology developed by Mr. Nakahara of Sona Corporation/OnFuture Corporation that samples reflected sound fields and reproduces arbitrary reverberations. Unlike conventional IRs, it samples the spatial distribution of virtual sound sources that are the source of reflected sound, thereby obtaining “high-quality reverb that does not cause unwanted tonal changes to the source material.”

ADJUST MIC: The microphone position can be moved ±999mm in the X, Y, and Z directions.
MIC ANGLE: The microphone angle can be changed up or down by 90°. It can be switched between unidirectional (default) and omnidirectional patterns.
